Today at Pinngle we’re happy to talk to a geek, SaaS lover and Startup guy Sina Yazdanian, who shares with us his thoughts and ideas about startups, new technologies and the freedom of communication.
Pinngle: Startups are a new phenomenon, which appeared just during last decades. What do you think, how does this new type of organizations change the contemporary economy and how do they influence our society?
Sina: According to Bill Gross’s Ted talk “I believe that the startup organization is one of the greatest forms to make the world a better place. If you take a group of people with the right equity incentives and organize them in a startup, you can unlock human potential in a way never before possible. You get them to achieve unbelievable things.”
Pinngle: Many of the startups are technological. Pinngle is a startup company as well, which is developing absolutely new features in the field of messaging and calling, and is providing the most advanced telecommunication services. What do you think how people benefit from the development of new technologies?
Sina: In my opinion new technologies just add more problems in people life, mostly they didn’t design based on people problems, but beyond that new technologies has some values like more job opportunities for everyone.
Pinngle: It seems that nowadays not so much hard work as creativity and new ideas lead the market. Usually, even the working style in these companies is much more free and fun, which is totally different from traditional organizations. Do you consider this freedom and possibility to enjoy one’s own work one of the most important conditions for a really happy and much more productive life?
Sina: Yes I think this style of working would cause productivity improvement but some redlines should be considered near this freedom.

Do you think that one of the main factors for the development of the contemporary world is exactly this freedom of communication and global mobility which is possible now for everyone?
Sina: My answer would be yes. I think the free information flow is unpreventable, so tools that respect user’s privacy including messengers (like Pinngle) and other social media have an important role in the world.
